Day 1: 9am - 5:30pm | Day 2: 9am - 2pm

Why Attend?

Join us at Beckn Node Zero 2024: a flagship event that aims to build open networks for unified action towards a more sustainable future.

India’s recent progress shows that open networks have succeeded in sectors such as payments, retail and mobility, and we believe they are poised to do the same in climate. Globally, as we veer closer to exceeding the 2-degree Celsius threshold, there is growing urgency to solve the mounting climate crisis. In this first edition of Beckn Node Zero we will focus on how open networks can catalyse the innovation and implementation of large-scale solutions in the climate ecosystem.

We invite participants to ask:

  1. What are the key coordination challenges in your domain – from sustainable water use, the electrification of transport and climate finance, to waste management, green energy production and more?
  2. How do these challenges intersect with other sectors?
  3. How can open networks help address them?

Along with 120+ leaders and innovators at this invite-only event, you will share your domain-specific expertise, while we will offer insights into digital open networks and opportunities to form partnerships.

Beckn Node Zero will be a gateway for each contributor to enter and become a part of a human network to lead a systemic shift that accelerates the global transition toward net zero.

The inaugural edition of Beckn Node Zero is being convened by The Foundation for Interoperability in Digital Economy (FIDE) with Sattva Knowledge Institute (SKI) as the knowledge partner.

Meet and interact with experts and innovators from across the following organisations:

About Beckn

Beckn Protocol provides the foundational framework to create decentralized, peer-to-peer open networks as a scalable solution.

Beckn enables seamless, interoperable transactions by offering a common digital language, connecting disparate efforts into a unified, impactful movement. By facilitating cross-platform and cross-sector coordination, Beckn allows stakeholders from different domains to share information, align efforts, and optimize resources for maximum efficiency. This makes Beckn a powerful catalyst for global collaboration, allowing efforts to grow rapidly.

The protocol has already been used in various successful open network implementations, including retail (ONDC), mobility (Namma Yatri), skilling (ONEST), and energy (UEI), showcasing its versatility across sectors.

What sets Beckn apart is it has been designed for flexibility, inclusivity, scalability, and innovation. Whether it’s platforms, organizations, governments, or individuals, Beckn empowers them to unlock new potential in driving sustainable outcomes.

In this first edition of Beckn Node Zero, we will be exploring the potential for Beckn to unlock and leapfrog solutions for climate action, across the following key sustainability themes:

Reimagining discovery and utilization of renewable energy and distribution through efficient and responsive networks.

Energy

Building a regenerative future through circular practices in batteries.

Battery Circularity Economy

Exploring water data highways to solve conservation and utilization of water.

Water

Ideating how buildings can be enabled to be more climate-adaptive for green cities.

Climate Responsive Urbanisation

Revolutionising public transport through green mass e-mobility infrastructure.

Green Mobility

Scaling climate solutions through innovative capital for private sector participation on open networks.

Climate Finance
